Scheduling notes
A few things worth knowing before you call
Site visits are typically scheduled within office hours and take between thirty and ninety minutes depending on property size. Saturday appointments are limited and booked in advance, so weekday availability tends to open sooner.
Installation crews generally work Monday through Friday, with hours adjusted seasonally: shorter days in late fall and winter, and earlier starts in summer to avoid peak afternoon heat.

Crews shift start times earlier in the day to work through cooler morning hours before midday heat.

Hardscape and structural work continues on dry days, while planting slows until the ground warms again.
Holiday closures
Office closures to plan around
The office closes for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Site visits and installations scheduled near these dates are confirmed in advance to account for the closure.
